Terms of Use

Last updated: 29th Oct, 2025

Welcome to Creatordia. These Terms explain how our service works and the rules that apply when you use it. We keep the language as clear as possible, but this is a legal agreement between you and Creatordia. By accessing or using Creatordia, you agree to these Terms.

Creating an account

To create an account you must be at least 18 years old (or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live). You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. Keep your password secure and make sure your registration details are accurate and complete. Do not impersonate others or use names that are offensive or infringe on rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact support at[email protected].

Prohibited conduct

To keep Creatordia safe and fair, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or violate anyone’s rights or contracts.
  • Mislead people or post false, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
  • Offer or sell illegal or prohibited items or services.
  • Threaten, harass, defame, or invade another person’s privacy.
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications, or run auto‑responders.
  • Misuse other users’ personal information. Information you access on Creatordia is provided solely to use the service—do not use it for unrelated purposes or share it without permission.
  • Post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, invasive of privacy, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate as reasonably determined by us.

Our role and responsibility

Creatordia provides tools for video creators to publish premium content, manage memberships, and accept payments. We don’t control or endorse user content, and we don’t mediate disputes between users. Your use of any content is at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Creatordia is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.

Fees and pricing

Creating an account is free. We charge a 5% platform fee on payments processed for creators, and our payment partners may charge their own fees that can vary by region. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payment processing is provided by third parties, and their performance is outside our control.

Third‑party services and links

You may encounter links to third‑party websites or services (for example, a creator’s website). Visiting those sites is at your own risk. We do not control or endorse third‑party services.

Payments on Creatordia are processed by Stripe. By supporting a creator or accepting payments, you also agree to the applicable Stripe terms.

Our intellectual property

  • The Creatordia services, software, logos, and content are protected by intellectual‑property laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
  • Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our services.
  • We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. We may revoke this license at any time.

Your content and intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload. You are responsible for any royalties or licensing obligations associated with your content.
  • You are solely responsible for the information and content you submit. Creatordia is not liable for errors or omissions in your content.
  • By uploading content to Creatordia, you grant us the rights needed to host, encode, transmit, and display that content to your subscribers as intended by the service.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account by emailing[email protected]. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. These Terms continue to apply to any content you previously submitted. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately to stop recurring charges; deleting your account alone will not cancel billing.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creatordia and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms or applicable law. We may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us.

Dispute resolution; governing law

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of incorporation, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Entire agreement

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Creatordia regarding the service and supersede prior communications. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Miscellaneous

We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time. Except as stated in these Terms, there are no third‑party beneficiaries. Any claim related to the Services must be brought within one year after it accrues.
