Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12/2/2025
Creatordia helps video creators accept support from their audience and share members‑only content. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Creatordia (the “Service”) is provided by our operating company. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Creatordia. We are the controller of your personal information when you use our website and apps.
Website visitors
Like most websites, we collect non‑personally identifying information that browsers and servers typically provide (for example: browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of requests). We use this to better understand how people use Creatordia and to improve the Service. We may publish aggregated, non‑identifying statistics (e.g., usage trends).
We also collect IP addresses for logged‑in users and for payment events. We treat these as personal information and handle them as described in this policy.
Payments
Payments to creators are processed by Stripe. When you pay or receive payments, Stripe collects your payment details and provides us a token and limited details (such as the last four digits of a card, card type, and expiration month/year) so we can complete the transaction. Stripe may also share your name and email if you provide them. We do not store full credit‑card numbers on our servers. See Stripe’s terms and privacy.
We keep records of who you support, the amount and frequency, and the benefits delivered so we can provide receipts, manage memberships, and comply with applicable laws.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email, username, profile details, and authentication data when you sign up or sign in.
- Transaction information: amounts, currency, membership level, payout details, and related metadata.
- Usage information: pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser data, IP address, and approximate location derived from the IP.
- Communications: messages you send us and your preferences (e.g., email settings).
We collect only what’s necessary to operate the Service and fulfill your requests. You may choose not to provide certain information, but that can limit features.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and payouts and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional emails and respond to support requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
- Produce aggregated analytics that do not identify you.
How we share information
We share personal information with employees, contractors, and service providers who need it to help us operate the Service and who are subject to confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Creatordia, our users, or the public.
If you contact us with feedback or a request, we may publish it (after removing personal details) to clarify a problem or help other users.
Data deletion and access
You can request deletion of your personal data or a copy of your posted content by emailing[email protected]. If your account is banned for policy violations, we permanently delete associated personal data after a retention period required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, secure your session, remember preferences, and analyze how people use the Service. Some cookies are essential for the site to function. Others are analytics cookies (for example, Google Analytics). You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may impact functionality.
Business transfers
If Creatordia is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The new owner may continue to use the information as set out in this policy.
Advertising and retargeting
We do not run third‑party display ads on Creatordia. We may use ad platforms (e.g., X/Twitter Ads) for our own campaigns, which can set cookies for measurement or retargeting in accordance with their policies.
International users
We operate in the United States and may process information in other countries. Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers. By using the Service, you consent to transfers as permitted by law.
Google services
If you use features powered by Google (such as Sign‑In or reCAPTCHA), their processing of your information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this page regularly. If you have a Creatordia account, we may notify you about significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
Other terms
Your use of Creatordia is also subject to our Terms of Use.
